Energetic Hygiene Workshops

Feeling drained after work, social interactions, or caring for others? You’re not imagining it — and you’re not alone. If you regularly absorb other people’s emotions, stress, or energy, this 3-hour workshop will teach you simple, practical tools to clear what isn’t yours and restore your own balance. This is an intimate, in-person experience limited to 15 participants to allow for deeper learning, grounding, and personalized guidance.

Private Distant Reiki
$75
It is not necessary to receive Reiki in person; distance Reiki is just as effective! If you are immunocompromised or in need of reasonable accommodations, this option may be for you. 30-minute sessions are available.
Reiki Level I Training
$200
Our Reiki Master is trained in the Usui and Naturopathic Reiki lineages.
Reiki Level 1 focuses on the history of Reiki, foundational principles, self-healing treatments, and how to give Reiki to others. In this introductory course, students also receive their first Reiki attunements. It’s a great starting point for those interested in energy healing.

Group Distance Reiki
$25
Reiki energy is directed to a small group of participants remotely. 30-minute sessions are available on the 1st Saturday of each month. Sessions begin at 8:00 pm. Once registered, participants will receive the link to the platform via email.
Reiki Level II Training
$350
Reiki Level 2 builds on the foundational principles of Reiki and expands the practitioner’s skillset to open the energy channels more deeply. Students learn the first three Reiki symbols and how to send distance healing. Students are also attuned by Reiki Masters in this training
